MEET THE COMMITTEE
Little Pickles Pre-school and Big Pickles before and after school clubs are charity organisations run by a board of volunteer Trustees. Without this board of volunteers, the settings wouldn’t exist. You can help the setting thrive and improve your CV by joining us.
CHAIR OF TRUSTEES
MOLLY LOUND
Hi, I’m Molly and my son attends Little Pickles (which he loves may I add).
Before Motherhood my career was working with children and their families so I felt my role within the committee would be beneficial as I can share idea’s as a parent and a professional.
I love spending time with my family and our two cheeky dogs. Being a stay at home mum, I don’t get a lot of free time from my little shadow but when I do I love going for massages, reading and going to the theatre. (Also, love a coffee shop!)
If you have something you would like to raise with the Committee please email here.
TREASURER
KIRA TAYLOR
Hi, I'm Kira. I have 2 boys that attend the local schools. My eldest attended Big Pickles and then I was able to change my work hours to school hours.
I currently work in an Accounts and Payroll job and have worked in similar roles for 12 years. I love to help out and I'm also treasurer for the local Scouts group.
In my spare time (when I'm not taking my boys to their many clubs and football matches!) I like to read, socialise and go to the gym.
FUNDRAISING LEAD
ELIZABETH MANN
Hi, I’m Elizabeth and I have a daughter who attends Little Pickles. I decided to join the committee to get more involved and support the setting, especially the fundraising side.
I’m a jeweller by trade and have worked for various jewellery companies in London and Lincoln, including our family jewellery shop, which was on Lincoln High Street. I still work with my Dad now and we have a workshop in Nettleham. I also run self catering holiday accommodation with my husband.
I love keeping fit, especially running and spending time with family and friends.
TRUSTEE
SARAH LANE
I'm Sarah. I have two daughters, with my youngest currently attending Little Pickles and my eldest attending Big Pickles.
Our family loves Little Pickles, and we've seen first-hand the positive impact it has had on our daughter's confidence, development and love of learning.
Professionally, I work in communications in the non-profit sector. I am passionate about creating positive social impact and have spent over seven years working for charities and non-profits, developing skills in communications, digital engagement and strategic planning.
I joined the Board of Trustees to help support the preschool's continued success and contribute some of the skills and experience I've gained through my work in the non-profit sector.
TRUSTEE
MICHELLE MARGRETT
I’m Michelle, I have 2 daughters, both who have attended Little Pickles, with our youngest still attending.
We have seen what amazing growth and development the staff, and setting have helped our girls achieve. I wanted to be part of the committee to help out where I can, and give something back to the local community.
Previously working for a solicitor firm, I currently now work for our family business around busy parent life. In my spare time I love spending time with my family, reading, travelling and keeping fit.
